I had a great experience eating at serafina LIC. The service was incredibly attentive and the food was really good. Loved the lobster ravioli from the pasta menu. Tiramisu is a must order dessert, it was the best tiramisu i’ve had in a long time. I’d definitely come back to try some of the other dishes.

What a fun place! Cocktail list is delicious and intriguing, it was hot so I ordered an Aperol Spritz. Ordered the Brussels sprouts salad to start, then the pesto gnocchi, deeeeelicious! Ended with outstanding affogato, not all affogsto os created equal. It was busy but our server was so helpful and personable. Highly recommend 👌🏻

Serafina is a great spot in Long Island City for brunch, lunch, or an early dinner. The atmosphere is relaxed, welcoming, and never feels overly loud, making it an easy place to enjoy a meal and catch up with friends. The food was good, fresh, and satisfying. To me, the menu leans more toward comforting, familiar dishes rather than bold or unexpected flavors. It has that homemade quality where everything tastes well prepared, but it didn't necessarily have that "wow, I need to come back just for this dish" feeling. It's the kind of food that feels approachable and comforting, which I know a lot of people enjoy. The service was friendly, and the overall vibe of the restaurant made the experience enjoyable. It's a great place when you're in the mood to go out for a nice meal without needing something overly fancy or over-the-top. Overall, Serafina is a solid neighborhood restaurant with a comfortable atmosphere, good food, and a relaxed setting. I'd definitely stop by again if I was in the area !!

I’m usually wary of chains/franchises and I was right to be. This place was dead on a Friday night during dinner rush. Came in at 630 on a Friday and it was absolutely underwhelming. Before this review slants negative/mean — our server was super nice, conversant, we had 0 issues with her. We ordered a cocktail : strawberry & basil martini. It was the best thing we had. I’d maybe consider coming back just for a drink, but the food wasn’t up to par. Started with the meatballs and spicy marg pizza. Meatballs were moist, but lacking flavor. Bread was unremarkable. Blended ricotta was a nice touch, but certainly nothing to obsess over. The pizza was almost below average. The “spice” did a lot of carrying for the taste and the sauce was so watery. It was a tad unpleasant. The gnocchi, while plentiful, tasted more like clumps of flour than anything else. We could barely eat more than a few bites before giving up. The seafood risotto had plenty of seafood bites, but the calamari was chewy, shrimp was rubbery, and i even had a mouthful that was super cold compared to the rest of the dish. (Possibly frozen?) The food here is genuinely great and I’d absolutely come back for it. However, I’m knocking off a star for the service at the end of our meal. Within about 5 minutes of paying the bill, our waiter made it pretty clear he wanted us to free up the table for waiting guests. I completely get that restaurants need to turn tables, but we had barely set down our cards. If we’d been lingering for 15+ minutes that would be one thing, but this felt rushed and left a sour note on an otherwise enjoyable experience. Hopefully just an off night!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​
